Le vendredi 13 juin, la Bourse de Commerce invite Salomé Gomis-Trezise, artiste mutli-disciplinaire, qui travaille aussi bien la photographie que la réalisation ou encore la direction artistique. Lors de cette masterclass, Salomé reviendra sur son parcours, ses expériences et influences, et partagera son usage de l’intelligence artificielle comme outil de création de nouveaux récits. Sa pratique s’ancre dans le concept de « blackness », faisant écho aux œuvres d’Arthur Jafa présentées dans le cadre de l’exposition « Corps et âmes ».

Entre métamorphoses totales et légères altérations, les artistes contemporains jouent avec leur image, leur permettant de réécrire leur identité ou leur histoire. D’Antonio Obá à Zanele Muholi, ce cours reviendra sur cette possibilité d’inventer un autre soi.

The Bourse de Commerce and the music label Latency present a concert by Nídia & Valentina, blending programmed beats and cascades of percussion, followed by a DJ set by Brazilian dark baile funk producer DJ Anderson do Paraíso and a DJ set by Rosa Pistola, a leading figure of Mexico City’s underground reggaeton scene.

The event will feature numerous listening moments throughout the session.

The Bourse de Commerce presents a screening of Jean Cocteau’s first film, Le Sang d'un poète (1930), on the occasion of the installation “Vingt-quatre images par seconde” by filmmaker and sculptor Ali Cherri in the museum’s Passage display cases.
The screening will be followed by a conversation between Ali Cherri and film critic and journalist Philippe Azoury, moderated by Jean-Marie Gallais, curator of the Pinault Collection and curator of the Ali Cherri exhibition.

The Bourse de Commerce and Berlin-based music label PAN present Why Did I Choose Music, a performance by visual artist Mohamed Bourouissa, marking the release of his eponymous album on the label. Immersing into this album, the performance takes the form of a performed concert, acting as a relay of his artistic practice. From Why Did I Choose Music emerges multidisciplinary artist Le Diouck, who will present Fatéouma, a unique performance and first stage exploration of the world of his forthcoming album Amiral Circus, also set to be released on PAN. Fatéouma sketches the outlines of a poetic and labyrinthine world, where music, narration, and embodiment intertwine.

Inspired by both iconic figures and the more obscure references of minimalist folk from the 1960s and 1970s, Jessica Pratt seamlessly blends psychedelic and electronic music. With her airy, mesmerizing voice and delicate, understated acoustic guitar, she made a strong impression with the excellent album On Your Own Love Again (2015). She reaffirmed her talent in 2019 with Quiet Signs.
After five years of silence, 2024 marks her grand return with the highly anticipated release of Here In The Pitch, the year's musical masterpiece.
